Pete Samulewicz, CMP, DMCP

Veteran, Pete Samulewicz, CMP began his career at the Long Beach CVB in 1989 and shortly thereafter moved to the destination management side where he found his niché. “I feel that one of the strong suits of Destination PROS is that our team and I are able to provide flexibility that makes sense for us and our valued clients. Our people are our greatest asset and I deeply appreciate their energy, "can do" approach and of course, their sense of humor.”
 
Kim Lefebvre, DMCP
Director of Operations

Kim has been overseeing destination management programs for over 10 years. As the Director of Operations at Destination PROS, her team manages 100+ programs a year. “At Destination PROS each person is empowered to make decisions and act quickly on behalf of our clients. This is invaluable when managing important, fast paced programs and our client's need action and results!”
 
Brieana Monahan
Accounting Manager

Brieana has worked in destination management for 6 years, with the past three in business administration and accounting. One of Brieana's other talents is her unique ability to develop and present creative ideas in proposal development for numerous specialty events and programs. “The great thing about DPROS is how closely everyone works together, hand-in-hand, from the owners to sales people to operation managers and proposal writers. Each person contributes their own expertise in the industry to guarantee and deliver successful meetings and programs.”
 

Ross Peck
Operations Manager & Director of Staffing

Ross is a 15 year veteran of the hospitality industry.  His diverse experience as a designer of events eventually led him to the position of Director of Events for a high end, multi-faceted venue.  Now, Ross expertise has been crucial to his success as a Program Manager and as Director of Staffing at Destination PROS.   He has been in “the trenches” and feels that literally working ‘in the field’ that his experiences have allowed for a unique view of program management and staffing the right people for the right job.
