Veteran, Pete Samulewicz, CMP DMCP began his career at the Long Beach CVB in 1989 and shortly thereafter moved to the destination management side where he found his niché. “I feel that one of the strong suits of Destination PROS is that our team and I are able to provide flexibility that makes sense for us and our valued clients. Our people are our greatest asset and I deeply appreciate their energy, "can do" approach and of course, their sense of humor.”



	Brieana Monahan Director of Product Development Brieana has worked in destination management for 6 years, with the past three in business administration and accounting. One of Brieana's other talents is her unique ability to develop and present creative ideas in proposal development for numerous specialty events and programs. “The great thing about DPROS is how closely everyone works together, hand-in-hand, from the owners to sales people to operation managers and proposal writers. Each person contributes their own expertise in the industry to guarantee and deliver successful meetings and programs.”

	Kim Lefebvre DMCP Program Manager Kim has been overseeing destination management programs for over 10 years. As a Program Manager, she has helped manage the 100+ programs a year Destination PROS handle. “At Destination PROS each person is empowered to make decisions and act quickly on behalf of our clients. This is invaluable when managing important, fast paced programs and our client's need action and results!

	Ross Peck Senior Program Manager Ross is a 15 year veteran of the hospitality industry. His diverse experience as a designer of events eventually led him to the position of Director of Events for a high end, multi-faceted venue. Now, Ross’s expertise has been crucial to his success as a Senior Program Manager at Destination PROS. “My first experience with DMCs was ‘the trenches’ working as a staff person. That invaluable experience has allowed me a unique view of program management and know staffing the right people will make a program a huge success”.

	Eric Warfield Program Coordinator Eric began his career with Destination PROS working as a Field Representative in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Palm Springs. Later, he was promoted to Staffing Coordinator and later Program Coordinator. “By literally working ‘in the field’, my experiences has allowed for a unique view of each Field Reps capabilities. I use this perspective to assign the right people for the right job!”

	Kristin Wallace Program Manager Kristin started in the meeting planning industry straight out of Cal State Fullerton in 2002. After 5 years of travel for meeting and event planning, she decided to stay local and use her expertise for Destination Management. Since 2007, Kristin has found this industry to be both challenging and rewarding. As a native Californian, Kristin is proud to show off this beautiful state to guests from all over the world, by operating fun and memorable programs for each unique client. “It is my pleasure to give our clients’ professional and friendly service that is second to none!”
